Season 1 Synopsis Lyra, the last living mermaid of Nereis, is displayed in a crystal tank and auctioned to the highest bidder. Just before the royal prince can claim her, Major General Kane Val shocks the empire by paying one hundred billion—and declaring the dangerous captive his fiancée. Lyra has no intention of becoming anyone’s property. But when Kane collapses, she discovers a piece of her own heart-scale buried inside his chest—the same scale she used to save a drowning boy nineteen years ago. To keep him alive, she must kiss the man she may have every reason to hate, unlocking fragments of memories someone erased.
